This is the original sauce recipe that, one summer, got me started on this condiment-making journey. The flavour profile is spicy and citrusy, the generous heat coming from our own specially-crafted mustard and fiery habanero peppers. This heat is carefully balanced to highlight the unique citrus flavour of tangelos (aka Minneola oranges), which are only available in spring. Tangelos are a hybrid of tangerines and pomelos, and have a unique citrus flavour profile that makes this sauce just sing!
