L-theanine has been shown to positively modify brain waves and the key neurotransmitters involved in mood, focus, and memory.* L-theanine enhances the production of the neurotransmitters dopamine and serotonin, and also appears to play a role in the formation of GABA a neurotransmitter that acts like a "brake" during times of stress.* L-theanine also enhances brain alpha-wave activity, a marker of relaxation.* Sleep* Stress*Suggested UseSuggested Use: Take 1 capsule one to three times daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.Dietary ConsiderationsGluten FreeProduct InfoServing Size: 1 Capsule Servings Per Container: 90 Disclaimer Amount Per Serving L-Theanine 200 mg Other ingredients: Hypromellose (derived from cellulose) capsule, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Leucine, Silicon DioxideWarningsGluten Free If pregnant, consult your health-care practitioner before using this product.
