A 2 day notice is needed prior to your pick up date in order for us to fulfill your order. If you are in need of a last minute board and your pick up slot is not available at check out, please contact us directly. We cannot guarantee we can fulfill all rushed orders, but we will do our absolute best. Please be aware that a 25% rush fee will be added to your final total. Need more food? Make sure you check out The Catering Combo. Feeds 15+ people! All of the BBK Boards are 16x16 and feed between 4-10 people as a 1st course, depending on your guest's appetite. You have a variety of options to choose from: Classic Charcuterie Board - includes (but not limited to) cheeses like mozzarella, cheddar, pepper jack, and gouda (or comparable options), paired with salami, pepperoni, jam, fresh & dried fruit with herbs. Premium Charcuterie Board - includes (but not limited to) a premium selection of artisanal cheeses like manchego, marinated goat cheese, smoked cheddar, and brie (or comparable options), paired with all-natural charcuterie meats such as salami, prosciutto, and chorizo or soppressata. It also features organic accompaniments like fresh and dried fruit, nuts, fresh herbs, and local Hudson Valley honey and jam, among others. Cheese Board - includes (but not limited to) all of the above in our charcuterie board, but in lieu of charcuterie, cheese will be included as well as more accompaniments. Cracker Tray* - includes (but not limited to) a variety of artisan crackers, garnished with dried fruit and fresh herbs Vegan Board - includes (but not limited to) all of the above in our charcuterie board, but in lieu of charcuterie, vegan cheese will be included as well as more accompaniments. Crudité Board - includes (but not limited to) raw, sliced vegetables such as carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, cauliflower, and cherry tomatoes, along with dips and spreads like hummus, or a ranch dressing. Fruit Board - includes (but not limited to) fresh strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, grapes, oranges, dried fruit, herbs and other accompaniments. Brunch Board - includes (but not limited to) a variety of baked pastries such as mini muffins, mini croissants, fresh and dried fruit, granola, cheese, jam and other accompaniments. Dessert Board* - includes (but not limited to) a variety of sweet treats such as chocolate, freshly baked cookies, candy, caramel popcorn and other sweets. *The Cracker Board cannot be purchased on it's own. Must be added with a charcuterie board, cheese board, etc. Comes on a 12 in round board* *The Dessert Board cannot be purchased on its own.
