Theo Parrish and Maurissa Rose are both veterans of the Detroit scene, having collaborated on a select few singles since 2019. Now they present a full album together of luscious, m editative loops and smooth vocal explorations. Free Myself is another of Parrish’s signature deep house productions with a lofi flair, seeing Rose release a soulful stream of consciousness over these extended cuts.
