Trying to find a therapist or other mental health support can be hard. Being prepared before you start your search can make the journey easier. At Hard Feelings, we receive a lot o f calls and emails from folks trying to figure out how to connect with a therapist, unsure about what therapy involves, and struggling to navigate the mental healthcare system in Ontario. We will be discussing: what therapy is and is not how to figure out what you need and how to better navigate your options Date: Thursday, March 20 ONLINE via Zoom at 12 pm. IN PERSON at 353 Church Street at 5 pm. Cost: FREE Zoom link will be sent out the day before to all registrants. Who is this for: This workshop is for anyone who is thinking about starting their therapy journey, or is looking for support, and is unsure where to start. Elise will answer your questions and engage you in some short exploration activities to get you started and help clarify where you want to go. Duration: This presentation will be 50 minutes.
