In order to help them, I started creating worksheets they could jot down notes on. This is based off of those and created for you to take notes before, during, and after your therapy sessions. This worksheet was created to help you process how you are feeling before a session, thoughts during, and then any homework or takeaways afterwards. While your sessions with your therapist are really valuable, I believe that so much of the growth and healing happens outside of those sessions, through the things we process and implement in our lives.
