The Thermaster TSB735 is a single-door pizza and sandwich prep bar fridge designed for commercial kitchens that need fast, organised topping access alongside reliable refrigeration. With an 8 × 1/6 GN poly pan rail, a 250 L chilled cavity, and a bench-height worktop, it keeps prepped ingredients at safe temperature while leaving the prep surface clear for assembly. Why operators choose the TSB735 8 × 1/6 GN poly pan configuration — holds all your prep toppings in standard pans at the rail for fast, repetitive assembly on a pizza or sandwich line. 250 L chilled storage below — a full-depth cabinet with one shelf plus floor keeps bulk ingredients cold and within arm’s reach, reducing fridge-to-bench travel. Aspera compressor & EBM-Papst fans — German fan and proven compressor combination delivers consistent cooling at up to 32°C ambient, suited to hot kitchen environments. Dixell digital temperature controller — precise +2 to +8°C operating range with a clear digital readout for at-a-glance compliance checking. PE cutting board included — ready to use out of the box with a food-safe poly cutting board on the 290 mm deep working area at 910 mm bench height. Auto defrost & self-evaporating drainage — minimal maintenance with automatic defrost cycles and integrated drainage; no manual draining required. Castors & self-closing door — lockable castors allow repositioning; the self-closing door prevents accidental temperature loss during busy service periods.
