NON-SLIP SILICONE FOOT The neat silicone disc at the base of the pot ensures it won't slip on surfaces. FULL STEEL FOOD CONTACT The steel plate under the lid helps retain heat, and ensures there is no plastic contact with your food. A word from the designer- The mark 2 update takes all the best bits from the original design and brings it aesthetically in line with the rest of the range and gives it a more modern feel. Adding the divot cutouts on the cork top makes it easier to hold, open, and close. The thick elastic nylon strap holds the spoon with ease but is easy to remove if it isn’t needed. The cork continues to give the great sustainable insulation, which in turn allows a wider than average opening, which really sets it apart from other food thermoses on the market. We love how the natural cork color beautifully contrasts and compliments the brushed stainless steel body.
