Our 635 thin laminating resin, sold as the resin side only. At 600 cps it runs like syrup, which is what you want when you are pushing resin through 1708 or trying to get it into e nd grain on a soft transom. Pick your hardener to set cure speed: 2:1 slow, 3:1 medium or 4:1 fast, mixed by volume. Laminating. Wets out fiberglass, carbon fiber, Kevlar® and stitched biaxials like 1708 and 1208. Wood sealing. Wicks into wood to seal transoms and stringers before structural work. Fillers: takes fumed silica, glass bubbles, Q-cells, microballoons, milled fiber, chopped strand and cotton flock. Bonds over cured polyester, gelcoat, epoxy, wood and metal after a scuff sand and clean. Epoxy goes over polyester, not the other way around. Not UV stable. Topcoat anything that will see sun. Never catalyze epoxy with MEKP. Use the matched epoxy hardeners and keep pours to about 1/4 in per lift. Kevlar® is a registered trademark of Arclin. Show more
