The release introduced guitarist Snowy White into the fold, who would go on to perform on the next Thin Lizzy album and tour with the band between 1980 and 1982, replacing Gary Moore as permanent guitarist. White had previously worked with Cliff Richard, Peter Green and Pink Floyd.
