Thin Lizzy is the debut studio album released by Irish rock band Thin Lizzy on 30th April 1971. The album was followed by the New Day EP, produced and recorded by Nick Tauber at Decca Studios and released in August of the same year. It was the band’s first album with the original line up of Phil Lynott (Bass and Vocal), Eric Bell (Guitar) and Brian Downey (Drums). This LP was Thin Lizzy putting all they had into the music and taking risks.
