All thin frames are all in stock and shipping daily. Frames marked "LE" for Limited Edition will not be run again with the possible exception of the Blood Red. I've been trying to make a Blood Red Proflex for years but JT has been struggling to nail the color. Most frames ship with additional QLS foam for free. The Space Blue, Nuclear Green, Volt, Carolina Blue, Teal and Gold frames have improved foam installed and do not come with a 2nd set of foam. Paintball Retro started the Thins project literally 5 years ago. Even when I worked there, JT simply didn't want to make Thin frames. I finally offered to pay for the mold myself and had to do some extensive testing on old frames to make absolutely sure the thinner design would still be just as safe. I designed these new Thin frames with slits so they could accept a removable chinstrap and the new QLS style foam. This allows players to swap out foam or chinstraps in a minute to upgrade to magnetic, change the color, or add one if you don't have one attached to your lowers anymore. These do not come with a lens. Is this a QLS Frame?No. QLS frames come apart in multiple pieces. This frame is one-piece, like other Proflex frames. It is just thinner and cooler. It does accept QLS foam though. FOAM: We recommend deciding for yourself if your foam was attached well enough to use before peeling off the old foam and installing the QLS foam. I personally have been using a frame with the original foam and it is staying strong, but Boston has reported some top foam not lasting for a single outing. The bottom foam has been staying in place for everyone. Before installing QLS foam, you have to clean the glue off the frame and especially out of the holes the QLS trees install through. JT felt this foam wasn't up to their standards so they are upgrading everyone to QLS removable foam.
