The Thistle and Hare gown holds the feeling of shelter created by pine branches in winter. The snowy branches have their way of creating warmth and safety below them, there is a mu ting and softening of external sensory input. Thistle are the sentinels, they protect the boundaries with great devotion. The hares come with their quickness and grace, leading the way into the realms. They are the living symbols of abundance. Naturally hand dyed with white pine branches and cones on cotton/silk voile. Black silk appliques and waist ties are dyed with pomegranate and logwood. Appliqués are embellished with crystals.
