Thomas Edison is a dinner plate size dahlia with huge , deep purple flowers that make excellent bouquets. Fully double flowers on strong, sturdy stems. (The Thomas Edison dahlia was one of the most popular dahlias during the early 1930s. I wonder if it's related.)
