A riffle is a reach of stream where shallow, fast-moving water is broken by the presence of rocks and boulders. Riffles are found near us here in Derbyshire and in Suffolk, near ou r friends at Burnt Mill Brewery. The beer itself is our collective take on a West Coast IPA, with an exceptionally pale malt base and a careful combination of both classic and modern US hop varieties, giving a crisp, clean beer full of tropical and piney aromatics.
