Thorpe is named after the artist John Hall Thorpe, whose early-1900s paintings inspired its dense floral layout. Drawn and coloured in 1968, its flourishing design evokes the class ic style of ‘30s Liberty florals. Liberty of London's iconic Tana Lawn Cotton has incomparable softness and drape due to its fine weave. It is perfect for apparel, it is amazing to English paper piece with and it quilts beautifully.
