Sometimes we need space to sit and think. It could be in a quiet spot or in a park on a lovely comfortable bench. I love taking a bit of time out of my day to record ideas or to si t with my notebook. Without reflection I think that we miss out on the work a day run of the mill times that are just as important to us as the big events.Of course it’s not always thinking about the past for me, it’s recording ideas and hatching plans.I love to note down colour combinations I see as I am out and about.
