These have glass faceted ston es in each piece and are threaded for insertion. We have seen these mostly worn in upper ear (helix area) piercings but these are also worn in ear lobes as well. • These measure about 4g (5mm) at the wearable area while the front face is about 1-1/8" in diameter.
