An internally threaded labret post, machined from a solid piece of implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136 6Al-4V ELI), and polished to a mirror finish. Each labret post has an attached 3/16” (4.8mm) disk on one end. These posts are internally threaded and work only with threaded, screw-on ends made to fit the same gauge.
