This cross-stitch is made by Foxberry Cottage Crafts under agreement with the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia (AGNS) and is based on the original painting by Nova Scotian folk artist Ma ud Lewis (1909-1970). This design is rated as ADVANCED. In order to approximate the original painting the pattern is very detailed, with many partial stitches, colour changes and blended colours. Finished size unframed: approx. 8 inches X 9 inches. Suggested fabric: 20 inches X 18 inches, 14-ct Aida/28-ct linen weave. Floss chart for DMC colours included.
