How Are They Made?We start with food-grade crickets grown in our urban farm. (We use proprietary cricket feed and processes to bring you the most delicious crickets available.) Then we roast them in the oven until they're good and toasty, combining them with a rich, smoky barbeque seasoning and organic sunflower seeds. How Do We Eat It?Most often, we'll pour a few bags of cricket snack mix into a bowl alongside other snacky finger foods when we're having company. We're also known to toss them in a bag for an easy snack on the go, at work, or at our kids' sporting events. But they're also great as a topper for other foods. The barbeque mix is great on top of pulled pork (sandwich, taco, plain) to add an unexpected crunch. Or on top of a chef salad with ranch dressing.
