Husband and wife winemaking team, Laura and Tim Penniment, run the show at Three Elms Wines. Their wines are an ode to the remote, beautiful surrounds of Frankland River. They aim to showcase how traditional grape varieties can thrive and showcase the unique flavours of their home region. The Timbertops Shiraz is medium-bodied with plentiful flavours of red fruits, blackberries and cherries. Savoury tannins woven throughout create a peppery spice.
