•Description & Shipping All lens replacement orders will receive a shipping label via email to send in your three piece or rimless style frame to our state-of-the-art optical lab partner. Once completed, your frame will be shipped directly to the address you provided at checkout. •Non-Adapt All replacement prescription lenses on Honest Eyecare come with 60-day non-adapt coverage. This means you have 60 days from the date of purchase to identify any non-adapt issues related to your prescription or pupillary distance (PD) measurement. In the event that you are not adapting to your prescription lenses within that 60-day time period, you can visit the eye care provider you identified at Checkout and they will be able to pinpoint and work to correct the non-adapt issue. •Warranty All lenses come with a 1-year scratch warranty, which provides a 1-time replacement of lenses that may become scratched due to normal lens wear and maintenance. Frames and/or lenses that are damaged as a result of abuse are not covered under warranty. If you need to submit a warranty claim, please contact your Honest Partner Practice. •Support At Honest Eyecare, we partner with your eye doctor. If something is off with your eyewear, if you need your frames adjusted to your face or if you have an issue with your prescription lenses, etc. your Honest Partner Practice is there to support you and your eyewear as if you purchased it directly through them.
