Threefold Distilling was founded by three bartenders turned distillers - Aidan Shaw, Luke Fleming, and Steve Roennfeldt, who swapped shakers for stills in pursuit of flavour and fu n. It started with a single gin and has since grown to include more vibrant gins, liqueurs, and spirits that are complex, yet relatable, and made for the moment.
