We prepare our Thuja extract from the fresh (undried) branchlet of Thuja occidentalis trees which are responsibly wildcrafted in their natural habitat. To ensure optimal extraction of Thuja’s compounds, we hand-harvest only the young tender branchlet, which is promptly extracted while still fresh and succulent. Our root values are to serve plants, people and planet from soil to shelf. When we can’t grow an herb ourselves, we turn to our network of trusted wildcrafters, growers and brokers.
