Jeffrey George is an Ojibway artist. This greeting card is the Thunderbird which is a healer and bringer of light. Lightning and thunder are the gifts of the Thunderbird. Power and strength are it’s medicine. The Thunderbird also brings rain to cleanse Mother Earth and renew so that new growth can take place. The blue and red colours of this painting represent healing and confidence. The two round circles represent Thunderbird eggs which are known as Kettles.
