This necklace is made from a vintage stamp I found in an antique shop. With some research I’ve found it is the North American Thunderbird symbol, signifying freedom and strength. I ’ve stamped the shape into brass and dipped it in thick 24K gold. The Thunderbird is one of the oldest and most widespread symbols in North American Indigenous mythology. Made with respect for its history — not claiming any Indigenous nation affiliation.
