Thursday's 10am-12.30 September 3rd-November 5th taught by Carole Smith In the Ten Week Adult Clay Classes we work with hand building clay. We start the first session by Carole giv ing instruction on making a planter and work through the whole process of making, texturizing and glazing which enables the students to create their own projects in the following weeks. The classes are suitable for beginners up.You will work from slabs of clay, soft clay for pinch pots or coils. As students, you direct what you want to make and we facilitate that! We fire everything for you in our kiln, all materials are included.The classes are informal and set in McCheek's Studio. The classes are limited to 9 participants. Show more
