This page allows you to register for a football session in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast. Our sessions are open to all males aged 16+, and we’re proud to be part of the England Football 'Just Play' programme. The Thursday night session starts at 19:00 and we meet pitch side on the 4G AstroTurf at around 18:50. These are inclusive, friendly sessions designed to help people reconnect through football, whether you're working on your mental health, getting back into the game, or just looking for a safe, welcoming space to get active. Each Strong Session offers a positive, pressure-free environment. You’ll play small-sided games in a supportive atmosphere. There’s no competition or commitment required — just good football, good people, and a strong community vibe. Sessions are led by facilitators who understand the importance of mental health and creating a space where everyone feels valued. Places are limited and allocated on a first come, first served basis. If you book a place and can no longer attend, please let your session organiser know as soon as possible so we can offer your spot to someone else.
