Featuring a 1:6 coach-to-player ratio, these sessions enable athletes to hone their skills alongside a tight-knit group of similarly skilled players. The small group size allows the coach to deliver individualized attention and constructive feedback, all while maintaining focus and productivity across the entire team. LOCATION - 55 Horner Ave. M8Z 4X6 AGE RANGE - 10 years of age or older. We group kids in their groups based on their age and skill level. The goal is to group kids together who are of a similar ability level. GENDER - The small groups are for both boys and girls SKILL LEVEL - We have designed workout plans for every skill level. Coaches evaluate each group's abilities and lead workouts tailored specifically to that group. NUMBER OF SESSIONS - There are 15 sessions in the Fall 2026 semester.
