Ingredients: Wild-Harvested Thyme (from our homestead), Wild-Harvested Lemon Balm (from our homestead), Wild-Harvested Hibiscus (from our homestead), Cardamom*, Cinnamon Chips*, Holy Basil*. *=Organic Directions: Take one scoop (7.5 ml) of loose leaf tea and add it to 8 oz of hot water (preferably between 190-202F). Let it steep for 5-7 minutes. If you want a second cup, steep twice and on the second round let it steep for 10-15 minutes. Best served with local raw honey!
