Thyme - Red essential oil is used in aromatherapy to help relieve cold and cough as well as a nerve tonic. Suggested Use Topical (Adults): Mix 2 to 4 drops in 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) of vegetal oil; apply to the affected area 3 times a day.
