This rich, plush perfume has the comfort and sense of beauty imparted by a generous heft of spices like cardamom, cinnamon and clove swimming in a plum-dark dose of rum. A gorgeous opening allows damask rose, amandine heliotrope and leather-tinted immortelle to gather scented forces and bloom with exquisite force. Dog folk in the Chinese Zodiac are considered diligent, reliable with a strong sense of duty. Dogs are pack animals, but Tiangou is anything but a scent of followers, it echoes dog DNA traced back to wolves, something unexpected and feral. Despite the obvious beauty of the floral heart, it is the animalic leather, tobacco, amber, vanillic musks and spicy resins that have a lingering moreish impact. Tiangou’s spiced head notes infused with rum and plum flow down through the composition and enthral the captivated senses. Show more
