Ben Depp photographs Louisiana’s disappearing coast from the air in Tide Lines, revealing the patterns of its marshes, waterways, and human infrastructure.Flying a powered paraglid er with camera in hand, Depp records seasonal light, shifting waterlines, saltwater-damaged cypress trees, barrier islands, and sediment moving through Mississippi River diversions. More than 50 color images trace the effects of erosion alongside canals, oil platforms, pipelines, and roads; an introduction by Monique Verdin provides context for this changing landscape.
