What does this 4-week program include? 45-60 minute online video evaluation via Zoom to begin the onboarding process, where we'll take you through our specialized screening process to make sure we leave no stone unturned Weekly email check-ins to ensure progress and make sure we're on the right track One 30 minute video call scheduled at your desired time during the 4-week period An individualized, 3-5 day per week exercise program specifically designed to address your limitations that you’ll do on your own in the gym or at home. This program will last 4 weeks to help build strength, agility, and range of motion Not sure if you're doing an exercise right? Send videos to an ACL recovery expert and get feedback remotely! The program utilizes a cutting edge platform via TrueCoach and will include video links, sets/reps, and notes on things to look out for as you do each exercise to ensure they're being done properly. Easy to read and all you have to do is follow the steps! If you feel stuck, limited, or unsure of where to go next, your worries are over! We can work with anyone around the world and can give you the guidance and expert exercise programming that you may be missing to help you get back to the things you love to do! *this is not a rehab program, but an exercise program that's designed specific to you and your exercise/gym needs
