There is no VAT charges on this product. Organic Tiger Nuts known as Chuffas or Earth Almonds are not actually nuts but dried tubers from a plant called yellow nutsedge found in Africa and Spain. Are high in protein, calcium, magnesium, iron, thiamine and phosphorus, rich in vitamins E and C and provide excellent source of natural fibre. Tiger nuts are crunchy in texture and sweet and mild in flavour and can be eaten as they are, mixed into smoothies or as an ingredient in baking and cooking. Great for adding to cereals, muesli and porridge, as a crunch topping for salads and fantastic carp bait for fishing.
