For embroidered items, please allow up to 14 business days for completion. While we always strive for timely delivery, turnaround times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Preorder timelines are also estimates. Delays are uncommon, but we cannot be held responsible for unforeseen manufacturing, shipping, or carrier delays. Please note that if the personalization box is left blank, your item will be created and shipped without customization. We make every effort to accurately represent our products. However, some product photos may include filters, editing, or be photographed under varying lighting conditions. As a result, colors may appear slightly different in person than they do on your screen. Differences in monitor settings, device displays, photography, and lighting are normal and are not considered defects. We cannot be held responsible for slight color variations. We take great care in handling every item entrusted to us. However, for customer-provided pieces, we cannot assume responsibility for any damage. While rare, we are unable to replace personal items should damage occur during the embroidery process. As each piece is made especially for you, all sales are final.
