Over the years, Frogbit has spread around the world and can be commonly seen in bodies of freshwater around Australia, parts of Africa, and even North America. Due to it's ability to adapt, frogbit is a great floating plant for beginners as it is capable of thriving in most freshwater habitats. Tiger Striped Frogbit gets the name from the unique stripes across the round leaf.
