By rigging in holes on the same axis, purpose built rescue devices like Harken Clutches become easier and safer to operate by one tender- keeping both ropes in uniform tension for both lower and raise. Keeping the devices in ergonomic position is not an issue with the 4 holes circling the pipe. This and more with less gear. Beyond being an orienting device, the Tiki Rigging Pipe easily pairs well with other rigging plates (Justa, Focus plate) to create multi directional/ multi capable rigging systems. The Tiki can also be used to spread and orient pulleys, decreasing wear and friction.
