Made with rangpur citrus, a hybrid of mandarin and citron. Handpicked from unsprayed trees around Tilba on the NSW South Coast. Made in small batches. It is seasonal so please be q uick. Nothing but fresh fruit, sugar, heat and (a lot of!) cutting and stirring. There is no pectin in this. Absolutely perfect with our butter and a soft goats cheese.
