Turn clay into tiny masterpieces — then turn those masterpieces into something you'll treasure. In this hands-on workshop, you'll craft a collection of miniature polymer clay tiles , stamping, painting, powdering, and embellishing each one into its own little work of art. Once your tiles are baked and set, you'll prepare a wooden box as your canvas and arrange your handcrafted pieces into a mosaic design that's entirely your own. Part sculpture, part painting, part design — this workshop weaves together multiple creative techniques into one satisfying, take-it-home project. No experience with clay or mosaics is needed. You'll leave with a one-of-a-kind mosaic box that’s perfect for keepsakes, gifts, or home décor. The $75 registration fee includes all materials. Guest Instructor:Stacy Gates is an artist, craftsperson, and arts educator and works in a variety of mediums as she is most fascinated by color, texture, and pattern.
