Tim Adams is a star winery of South Australia's Clare Valley, producing benchmark examples of the region's hero varietals. Cabernet Sauvignon has long been recognised as one of the Clare Valley's most consistent performing varieties and here it is in good hands under the skilled team at Tim Adams. This 2019 Tim Adams Cabernet Malbec is another classic Clare Valley red wine from Tim Adams that offers high quality drinking at a very reasonable price. The addition of Malbec to Cabernet adds mid-palate depth to deliver a full-bodied Clare Valley red with loads of fresh blackcurrant, ripe plum and mulberry flavours, with oak playing a complimentary support role.
