More than 10 years of solid performance! Lime, white lily, a little spice with a gin and tonic thing happening. It’s all juicy lime and green apple, with a firm chalky feel to it, plenty of bite and tang, and also quite stony. with a lime zest finish of excellent length. It’s perhaps a little rugged, though I like that character anyway; it’s textural and interesting. Drink now. Show more
