Scents of blue and purple flowers, cola and sarsaparilla spill from the glass and invite you to stay longer. Vibrant red and dark berries waltz about to be partnered by dried herbs, a little char and meatiness plus some cool mint appeal. What I do love is the plushness of the purple fruit which has me seeking more time and again. What a superb expression of Mataro - go here.
