We combine 50% Kenyan and 50% Brazilian coffees as green beans before they enter the roaster. By applying a highly specialized, bespoke roast profile to this mixed batch, the beans integrate seamlessly during the roasting process. The result is a highly soluble light roast that extracts beautifully, producing an incredibly rich, thick crema that is rarely seen in modern specialty light roasts. The Tasting Experience The resulting shot is deeply satisfying, perfectly balancing heavy comfort with elegant fruit notes. It builds upon a dense, syrupy chocolate body accompanied by an impressively thick crema.
