Timothée Stroebel's family originally came from Alsace, settling in Champagne after the Second World War and planting their first vines in the early 60’s in Villers Allerand, a sma ll 1er cru village tucked in Montagne de Reims, where they still farm today. Triptyque is a blend of Chardonnay, PInot Noir and Pinot Meunier from 2018 and 2019 grown on a mix of soils and vinified and aged in large oak barrels. A complex, lightly oxidative style with savoury, nutty aromas as well as peach, pear, hay and toast. Vivid and memorable. Show more
