The quiet farm, surrounded by shade trees, is said to be named after the Tanzanian pop art, Tinga Tinga. There are a sufficient number of shade trees planted, and the coffee cherri es ripen slowly, which, combined with the temperature difference, results in cherries with high sugar content and great body. As most of the land is flat, they plan to start cultivating avocados and macadamia nuts in the future.
