VodkaDry VermouthOlive Brine This classic savoury cocktail is a challenge to some palates and a treat to others. Our cocktail combines charcoal-filtered British wheat vodka with he rbaceous dry vermouth before being “dirtied” with green olive brine. At 34% abv, the balance of salty brine cuts through the snappy clarity of the wheat vodka to finish with a moreish, lingering salinity. The ABV allows this to be stored in the freezer so you can pour a perfectly chilled dirty martini every time.
