Tipperary Boutique Distillery have released their first gin, distilled on the family farm at Ballindoney, Grange, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. Every batch of Tipperary gin is unique, ha ndcrafted with love in the boutique stillhouse. Tasting Notes Along with strong juniper notes, this first gin is very citrus-forward, sweet and heady, perfect for heralding spring. It uses an unusually high volume of botanicals which, combined with a lack of chill filtration, causes a beautiful pearlescent cloud to appear when ice or tonic is added.
