Tipsy wobbles and spins but stands back up again. Available in bags of 1 or 2 in assorted colors. Tipsy is a weighted ball with a 'stem' made of brown paper. A paw or a nose will t ip it over or spin it around but after wobbling unpredictably and enticingly, it will straighten up again. As with all toys, please put away when not in use and do not eat any part of any toy.
